Construction and fabric.
Our jersey is knit on circular machines from 24s, 30s and 40s combed-ringspun yarn — supima, organic and BCI options on request. Standard weights run 140 to 220 GSM. We hold heavy 220 GSM tubular jersey for boxy fits and 160 GSM open-end side-seamed jersey for relaxed silhouettes. Necklines are bound with self-fabric or 1×1 rib, taped shoulder-to-shoulder. Garment-dye, pigment-dye, mineral-wash and enzyme-wash finishing are all run in-house, giving you control of hand-feel and colour fastness without outsourcing.
