Our position on sourcing
Vertical integration is the foundation of responsible production.
We do not subcontract dyeing, finishing or stitching. Every kilogram of fibre that enters a buyer's order is processed inside our own facility, on equipment we audit ourselves. That is what makes the documentation we issue verifiable rather than aspirational.
Buyers in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union increasingly require traceability documents alongside the commercial invoice. We supply them as a matter of course.

[ 003 — PROGRAMMES ]- 01Long-term supplier relationshipsYarn, dyestuffs and accessories are sourced from a small bench of audited suppliers we have worked with for years. Continuity is the point — pricing and quality stay predictable across seasons.
- 02Certified fibre programmesBCI cotton as standard. Organic and GRS-certified recycled options on request, with transaction certificates issued alongside the commercial invoice.
- 03Responsible chemistrySubstrate is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 by default. Reactive and pigment recipes are reformulated around lower-impact chemistry where colour fastness allows.
- 04Audited social complianceWe are independently audited against international standards. Buyers receive current audit reports as part of the on-boarding pack, not on request.
- 05In-house traceabilityYarn intake, lot, dye batch and carton are tracked under one system. Any unit shipped can be traced back to its raw material in minutes.
- 06Honest lead timesWe quote what we can deliver. Sampling timelines come back inside two to three weeks, depending on fabric and decoration. Production windows are confirmed in writing before PO.
