Construction and fabric.
Our activewear program runs on dedicated technical knit machines, with recycled-polyester, polyester-elastane and supplex-style fabrics from 160 to 220 GSM. Mesh inserts are jacquard-knit on circular machines for dimensional consistency. Construction uses flatlock seaming and ultrasonic bonding to reduce chafe; reflective heat-transfer detail and silicone grippers are available. Finishes include moisture-wicking, anti-pilling, anti-microbial and quick-dry, with chain-of-custody documentation for recycled inputs.
