Custom polo shirts manufactured to your tech pack — combed-cotton piqué, mercerised options, tipped collars, taped neck, side slits.
We knit our piqué in-house from 30s and 40s combed-ringspun yarn, with mercerised, two-ply and Pima-blend options for premium programs. Standard weights run 180–240 GSM.
Knit-down flat-bed collars hold shape after repeat laundering. Construction details include three-button placket with reinforced bartacks, side vents, taped back-neck, and matching or contrast tipping at collar and cuff.
Decoration in-house: pad-print, embroidery, woven labels and hang-tags. Standard MOQ 300 pieces per colour, lead time 45–60 days FOB Karachi.
