We are a vertically-integrated cut-and-sew knitwear manufacturer in Faisalabad — yarn through finished garment, all under one roof.
Vertical integration means we control every step: yarn intake, knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, decoration, packing and dispatch. There is no outsourced wet processing or decoration on a standard order.
Our knitting floor runs 80+ circular machines covering single jersey, interlock, piqué, French terry, fleece and engineered jacquard. Finishing covers reactive, pigment, garment-dye and mineral-wash programs.
Cut-and-sew capacity is set up in modular lines for fast style change-over. Typical bulk lead time is 45–60 days from PO confirmation, FOB Karachi.
