We manufacture heavyweight hoodies in 300 GSM, 360 GSM and 420 GSM brushed-back loopback fleece for streetwear and premium private-label brands worldwide.
Our fleece is knit in-house on dedicated three-thread and four-thread machines. The 420 GSM brushed-back loopback used by our streetwear customers is shrink-controlled to under 5 percent and finished for a soft, lofted hand without pilling.
Construction details include two-piece or three-panel hood with self-fabric lining, metal eyelets, flat-cord drawstring with branded tips, taped neck, kangaroo pocket and 1×1 or 2×2 ribbed cuffs and hem.
Garment-dye, mineral-wash and pigment-dye finishing are all run in-house, delivering vintage hand-feel and washed-down colour without outsourcing wet processing.
