Organic Cotton T-Shirt Manufacturer
We manufacture organic-cotton t-shirts to GOTS chain-of-custody and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 standards. Combed ringspun jersey, garment-dye finishing, full transaction certificates supplied with every shipment.
Our organic-cotton supply runs through certified yarn spinners in Punjab; chain-of-custody is documented from raw fibre through finished garment. We hold weights from 140 GSM open-end jersey through 220 GSM heavyweight tubular jersey.
Garment-dye and pigment-dye finishing for organic programs is run in-house on dedicated low-impact-dye lines, allowing us to meet GOTS-permitted dye-class requirements without outsourcing the wet-processing stage.
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per colour. Sampling against your tech pack runs 14–21 days, with bulk shipment FOB Karachi 40–55 days from PO confirmation.
